It was another beautiful day in Boston when I met up with Nancy and Danny at MIT (Nancy’s alma mater) for their engagement session. After a bit of wandering from our starting point of the stately columns at 77 Mass Ave, we made our way to Larz Anderson Park, where we caught some great light as the sun went down. Aren’t they adorable? I think they’re all warmed up for their wedding next month…looking forward to it, guys!
Love the photos, Sarah!
Thanks for coming out! We had fun!
Nancy, so glad to hear it! I had a great time too!
I had a great kickoff to the wedding season when I recently met up with Miriam and Henri for their engagement session. We got lucky with the absolutely gorgeous day as they were in town wrapping up their wedding planning. We started out at The Arnold Arboretum then made our way to Jamaica Pond Boathouse, where they braved the cold wind for that last shot! Thanks for a fun morning, Miriam & Henri, looking forward to your wedding!

These are so great Sarah–thank you! We had a great time, can’t wait to see you again in a few weeks!
Miriam, you’re so welcome, you guys were fabulous models! Looking forward to doing it again!
The next leg of our trip took us to a tiny island off the coast of Tuscany called Capraia. It’s not just a beautiful island, but it also holds special meaning for us as we were married there several years ago. Though it’s a simple place, whenever we return, we’re treated like family by the friends we’ve made there. It’s always wonderful to return, and this time was no exception. We then continued south to Sicily, where we soaked in the Greek history and imposing views of Mt. Etna. Not to mention fresh seafood pasta and tiramisu. Viva L’Italia!
On the ferry to Capraia…rough seas + gorgeous light:

I recently took some time off to travel to Europe with my favorite travel partner – my husband, Joon! We had a great time on this trip, visiting some familiar places and exploring a few new ones as well. I was excited to finally visit Prague, which had been on my list for many years. The city was beautiful! The best part of our stay was seeing the sunrise over the Charles Bridge, just early enough to have the bridge (almost) to ourselves. We also returned to Paris for the first time in several years. It was wonderful to be back, and we spent most of our days wandering the streets as well as tracking down the best pain au chocolat in the city (Poilâne and Eric Kayser were scrumptious!) A few photos:
